"Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The reception area was welcoming and spacious, the receptionist was very helpful and the fact you can check in from 1.30pm is brilliant! The room was a great size and very clean and tidy. The room also had an actual opening window which I always appreciate in a hotel, particularly on a warm day! The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and there was no noise, despite the city location. I was really happy with my stay here and will definitely stay here again in the future if I am in the area."

"Ok I really did like the hotel except for one thing and honestly it’s a big thing for me. The rooms are dark they have that ambient light of desk lamps and little low power bulbs. I hate it I cannot put my make up on yes there’s a mirror at the sink with a light but when the rest of the room is dark big deal it’s just not enough, like imagine going on a night out and having that. If you lose something you’re like where is it I will need to get my phone torch out. Can you not get a big light for the room so I can see very clearly all my belongings. I know some hotels like like but it’s annoying. I need to see please please stick a big light in there and it would be perfect. You can switch off a light what can you do if there is no light. It’s like a cave. "

"Room was big, bright, well appointed and ready with everything you’d need for your stay. Staff on reception were brilliant from check in to check out. Parking available at the hotel was £12.50 but it was a secure car park and it was so much cheaper than parking on street! Smart tvs in the rooms are an added bonus, don’t often get that! "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, close to all shopping and 10 minute walk to train and bus stations. Had a wonderful time."
