“Place was very clean and beds super comfortable. I would suggest to stock plates and provide wash clothes. Other than that, great place to experience Baltimore. ”

“This is a no-frills kind of place. The stairway to the apartment is narrow and curved. There is a strong smoke smell in the building corridor which seeps into the living room of the apartment a little bit, but fortunately doesn't reach the bedrooms. The walls are thin, and I could hear bits of conversation and walking around from the upstairs unit. Some things seem not to have been designed with actual comfort in mind - for example, there are flashy LED lights in the ceiling, but no bedside lamp……

“This is a basement apartment and is extremely noisy. You can hear the foot traffic and conversations as if they are standing next to you. Also it appears they were having some sort of event which made it worse.”

“The property was where I needed it to be. It looked fantastic on the listing, but it did not present as was shown. I specifically booked a property with a kitchen, expecting basic kitchen amenities. There were no bowls, there weren’t even coffee cups. It would have been nice to have a toaster, I think that the ability to make a basic breakfast is something a host should anticipate. David, the host was good about getting back to us. But we shouldn’t have had to ask questions regarding the remote……

“Excellent communication with the host. When there were challenges, (heat, cleaning, unable to get in) the host responded promptly and took care of it. The location is wonderful and there was adequate street parking. The condo is big and was a great fit for our family. Remember, it is classic Baltimore, and there are 3 levels of condo. (ie 3 flights of stairs) I loved the spaciousness of it and the rooms were a good size. ”
