“The condo had everything we needed. Nice long walks on the beach. If staying more than a week you should rent a car. The grounds were well maintained. The little food hut was nice when it was open Thurs-Sun. A lot of cabanas and loungers available. Great communication with the host. ”

The amenities are exactly as the host described and Alexander was available for any questions the entire stay. “This unit is perfect. Beautiful ocean and beach views! Modern appliances with comfortable beds and furnishings. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Facility is secure with and wonderful pools and easy beach access. Includes a small restaurant and bar with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Host quickly responded to all our questions. Highly recommend 1007. Tips: go to gym early before it gets crowded and bring your own pickleball equip. ”

“Before the arrival date but after I was fully charge on my credit card for the reservation I was contacted by the owner saying that the apartment had been booked in two different playaforms by mistake that the other persons had done it a couple of hours before me and that I needed to cancel the reservation, that if I apply and cancel the refund was going to be faster, so I naively did it. It have been more than 10 days I already presented proof that I was requested by the owner but I haven’t……

“We enjoyed our stay. We liked the cleanliness and decor of the property. The community pools and beach was breath taking. Our only observation was not being able to use the stove as the natural gas line was turned off. We enjoy cooking.”
