A true work of art and charming townhome with a private pool/backyard designed for private relaxation. The homes 20ft high arched ceiling offers a spacious but commodious setting. 100yrd walk to the beach or 1000 islands preserve with Lagoon access in the most relaxed part of Cocoa Beach. Everything is new including couch, beds, childproof electric stove, fridge, and more. Entire space is private but the property does have a apartment attached for the on site property manager which is only me.
The space
2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room, 1 living room set including fold down couch 4 indoor whicker chairs 1 coffee table 1 70 inch Vizio , 1bathroom, Floridaroom, fully private 7ft fenced back yard with pool , outdoor shower, wifi , roku cable , childproof kitchen, office area , dining room. The exterior was just painted professionally as well as interior. The property does have an additional apartment for the manager attached to it that I stay in around the clock for all your needs but is separated by walls for your privacy and mine. Everything showed is private including a fully fenced in backyard pool area which was built in 2020. Lowest rates, no cleaning fee, pride ensured..

Other things to note
My home is cleaned spotless before every check in and everything is brand new with couches and furniture bought in July 2022 along with the mattresses. The fridge , sheets , bathroom , pool , countertops ,and floors are all cleaned after every stay but there is no cleaning fee simply because hotels don't charge cleaning fees do they? You have private beach coolers provided and the house has a room specifically for dogs linked to the private fenced in backyard with a swing and water fall. I do discounts for many different things including weekly, monthly, Honeymoons, and veterans.
