We have never stayed in this area before but were looking for a small place that was quiet. WE FOUND IT! While the property is not new, it is clean and well maintained. There are beach chairs available to guests and the beach is a short distance from your room. There is a great bench swing on the edge of the dunes where we sat after the sun went down. If we were morning people, it would have been a great place to watch the sunrise! Great deck on the beach side with a great view of the beach. The best part of all was the friendly staff! They were so pleasant and helpful! We are already planning our next trip back in the next few weeks!

Love this property! It was perfect for our quick trip to Cocoa Beach. Room was nice and clean and the staff/property were in constant communication leading up to the stay to ensure we had everything we needed! Will definitely be staying here in the future!
