Convenient and comfortable!

We spent most of our days traveling to a softball tournament. However, the location of this apartment is perfect for the beach, great restaurants and fun nights in Coco Beach. It is more than adequate for two people. The couch is so comfortable and the hosts were wonderful. It was clean and there were supplies.

Cocoa Beach 2.0

A very cute little rental. Bathroom is very small so I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay, unless only one person. Well appointed and great location. Great air conditioning as well. All around, would stay again.

Place was good value. Everything thing worked. We didnt cook so not sure about the kitchen appliances. Stairs going up to unit are fairly narrow. Close to beach and a few restaurants.

Lovely unit - great location, short walk to the beach

Pictures are true to life, response to my questions were prompt and relatively quick. We had some issues with the internet but it was only an overnight stay. Host was quick to arrange a service to fix it, we just didn't need it. Would have loved to use the air mattress but no extra linens were available. It was a perfect place for us to stay pre-cruise departure and there was a launch....we heard it but missed seeing it.Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a pre-cruise place, close to the beach, clean, everything you need and walking distance to shops/food and a boardwalk/pier.

Apartment was convienent to the beach, pier and restaurants. It was clean with the amenities listed. The only issue was internet signal that kept dropping making the tv not working. The owner did work with us to get the signal back, but it dropped all weekend.

Great location! Short walk to the beach and Cocoa Pier. Property was clean, but dated. Thin walls- could hear people in neighboring condos. Pillows were awful, but we purchased new ones and left them there…so better now! Overall, good place for the price and location.

Great place and great location

Stayed here with my wife and two young kids. We loved staying here. The location was perfect with the beach and restaurants within walking distance and activities all within a short drive. The surfboard was a huge hit for our kids. Only thing to consider were the steps up to the 2nd floor condo. They were not an issue for us but if you have a problem with steps it may be difficult to get in and out of the condo

Subpar

This unit was absolutely terrible. The patio area was very dirty and the blinds were broken. It was a lot of rest in the apartment, especially the bathroom rod and curtain. Thanks to Beachside Vacation Rentals. They move me to another unit and it was absolutely fabulous.
