great place!!

We really enjoyed our time. The location is perfect, the kitchen is well stocked & the condo had all we needed. The floors could use a good mopping though :) The pool was big & never felt over crowded & the beach is right there. We enjoyed lots of the restaurants that you can walk to as well, and we enjoyed the tennis courts & shuffleboard as well. We had a great spring break here!!

Pre cruise stay

My husband and another family and I stayed in this condo as a pre-night to our cruise. Everything was easy no problems. We had a few small issues or couldn’t find a few items, but the manager were very prompt in their replies and everything went smoothly. We actually love this property so much that we wished we had come a couple of days earlier and just enjoyed the property and we all agreed that we would definitely come back here again just to use the amenities and the beach.

Beach trip

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach! The amenities were great, we loved the view and spent a lot of time at the pool and beach! Being walking distance to shopping and restaurants was a bonus! We did have some snags with checking in, information in emails wasn’t complete and kept having to ask for more info then had to guess at condo number (correctly guessed it was the parking spot number thankfully), but realty company was super fast with responses. Also needed a code to the gate that led to the beach that no one had, but rental company got that fast too! Overall a great experience and highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again on future trips!

The Price is Right

This property was located just where we wanted it to be -- close to Kennedy Space Center and close to the beach from where we might be able to view a launch if one were to go. We booked the property with short notice. We had an unobstructed view of the beach from our balcony, and it was an easy walk out to the beach. It was convenient to be able to take a long walk, come in and cool off, then go back out. The property was clean-ish. The sinks, showers, and toilets were clean, but the floor needs a wet mop. I understand that being close to the beach brings sand into a place, but I suspect that the floor cleaning has been limited to sweeping, because there was a thin layer of sand and "stuff" on the floor. We resorted to wearing our sandals indoors, even to the point of getting into bed. The linens and towels were clean. The air conditioning worked well.

We loved the location of this place. It was very clean and short walk to the pier and other places to eat. The beach was just a short walk as well. Pool was nice and relaxing at the end of the beach day.

Family Vacation

Unit was nice and clean. They had a lot of towels, some of them for the beach. We used the body boards and umbrellas. Nice view of the ocean and easy to get to.

Great place to stay. Clean and well kept. I would recommend an information card with the codes to the pool/beach. I had to request info several times. The contact was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing week!

The second bedroom did not match the photos in the listing. Queen and twin bed were crammed in a room too small for both. No bedside tables or lamps. Second adult has to climb over first adult to get in the bed. NOT a good setup for two couples traveling together.

The condo was beautiful ! Just updated, and very nice. The only thing that may have been helpful was a little book saying where garbage and recycling go, that there is no disposal, and possibly update the curtains in the front bedroom to blackout, or more privacy-type curtains. The place was very nice, our stay was lovely.

Loved everything about the place. Only problem we had was the material the floor is made of would turn your feet black. Not sure what the issue is, we would swiffer them every day and still this happened. They are new floors. Also 2 families and only 2 beach chairs...

Disgusting dirty floors

1st walked in n property looked very clean. After we spent the day out , came back, took showers n after walking barefoot the floors left our feet totally disgusting. I took a picture of my granddaughters feet n sent it to the property management. Ist to be told it was mopped n must be the cleaning products. U can wipe it with water n paper towel n would be totally dirty.i was given a small credit for our next stay which i asked if it could be put back on my credit card n was told no. SAD..i would of been more satisfied with the credit being put on my card

2 nights in cocoa for a spur of the minute b4 a family wedding in Orlando! Great accommodations, super clean, comfortable, convenient, and affordable for what you get. Truly recommend overr any hotel room. Kitchen fully appointed, easy access to pier, beach, great restaurants, pool, with towels, toys, chairs. Even an in unit washer and dryer for no dirty cloths going home. 2nd bedroom with queen and twin for kids. King for mom and dad. Great!
