This newly updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ocean side condo is perfect for family vacations, couples getaways, or a trip with friends. Located in the Spanish Main complex within walking distance of many downtown restaurants & attractions, this unit is ground floor for easy access. This unit's occupancy is 4 including children and infants.

We offer contact-less check in but your Host is only a text away. We take our CDC Cleaning Guidelines seriously, so you will be in your unit when you approach the door using the electronic keypad while feeling safe and secure. If you cancel, we will refund you the amount less any credit card processing fee.

Whether you prefer to spend your days lounging at the gated and heated beach side pool, combing for seashells at low tide, running on the beach, or jumping in the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, it is all just steps from your door. The newly updated and accessible private beach access is less than 100 steps from your door and leads to a wide part of Cocoa Beach that remains relatively private even in peak season.

Multiple grocery stores, shopping areas, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and Port Canaveral are all within a ten minute drive. The Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, and other attractions are less than 30 minutes away. The Walt Disney World complex and Universal Studios Orlando are both about an hour drive.

The entire unit is for the guest's use. The pool and the barbeque are shared.

-a fully stocked kitchen with brand new refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave

-a dining area with a table and 6 chairs

-a large living area with a comfortable king size leather sleeper sofa, leather recliner, two chairs, and a new 55 inch smart TV

-an oversized master bedroom complete with king size bed with new mattress; a desk; two closets for storage, a 50 inch inch smart TV, and an attached master bathroom with shower

- a second bedroom featuring a queen bed with new mattress, a large closet, new 50 inch smart TV, and an attached bathroom with tub/shower combination

- a full size washer and dryer for your convenience

-a beach closet containing beach chairs, toys, a cooler, and boogie boards for your use

-a patio with four chairs and a table with expansive views of the pool area and beach perfect for catching an amazing sunrise over the Atlantic

We recommend you get a rental car while in the area, however we have Uber and taxi service available. You are within walking distance to restaurants, and downtown Cocoa Beach. We also have bike rental available that will drop bikes off at your vacation rental for you. Catch the Tiki Trolly for a ride downtown by calling them. But, to explore what the area offers, a rental car is the best!

Nightly (3-night min), weekly and monthly rental rates are available. Per Property ordinances, this unit is limited to 2 guests per bedroom. No pets allowed.
Please note that the City of Cocoa Beach prohibits excessive or loud noise between the hours of 11 PM and 7 AM.
This unit requires a signed contract and ID to be provided for our contactless check in.

You must be 26 years or older to ren t this unit. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid driver's license and sign a contract.
