Peaceful Cottage

Lovely little cottage. It was an easy walk to the beach which I did every morning after the sunrise. It had a nice garden and pool. The only thing I found missing was wine glasses but otherwise well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute cottage close to beach

Enjoyed our quick weekend trip to meet some friends for dinner and surf. This is a great place to stay. Walked to the beach. Cottage is close to everything wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Everything was wonderful! Close to beach. Very clean. Had Everything we needed. Communication with owner was awesome. Love, love the private patio area! We WILL be back!

The property had all the amenities we needed including a washer and dryer and kitchen that had utensils and cookware! The heated pool was great for our kids and it was a shot walk to the beach!

Our first snowbird and rocket launch stay

The owners accurately represent the unit with the pics and description - and we all know how rare that is. We loved the unit, it was quiet, clean, extra amenities making the beach experience excellent. We will be back!

Best vacation!

This place is beautiful! We had a very relaxing vacation. Loved the pool and beach was a easy walk down the road. We met with family in Cocoa Beach and it was so nice to entertain, it was like being home. Our unit had everytbing we needed. If you need a relaxing vacation, this is the place. Adam is a wonderful host and so very nice. We look forward to coming back.

Excellent property with everything you would need. Adam & Patricia were outstanding hosts!

Cape Hacienda had all the comforts of home. Updated appliances, fully stocked kitchen, 3 flat screen TVs with wireless and a comfortable king bed. Recent renovation made the property look new inside. A very convenient 1-1/2 block walk to the beach. Highly recommend this to anyone interested in a one bedroom unit with the convenience of the beach close by. Patricia could not have made us feel more welcome. We had a relaxed and comfortable stay at the Hacienda.

Home Away from Home

We really can't say enough wonderful things about this rental. We've stayed in many homes, all over the US via HomeAway/VRBO over the years and most have been good to great, with only one exception that turned out to be a nightmare. That's pretty good odds really. But this home? It was absolutely perfect. We needed for nothing in this home; nothing at all. The co-owner Patricia was there to greet us, show us around and answer any questions throughout our stay. The home was so comfortable, clean and cozy. The pool is wonderful. The location is fantastic of course. Yesterday and this morning we walked the block to the beach to watch the sunrise and the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch. Uber---we used Uber for the first time ever and it came in very handy! My family is moving to Brevard County at the end of this month and my husband mentioned how much he loved this home and he'd stay here again "just because" even though we'll be living 20 miles away. It really was so refreshing to feel like we were at our own home. Thank you Patricia and Adam for putting so much heart into your lovely cottages. It truly comes through, how much you care about your guests and their time there.

Perfectly Lovely

The Tahitian Suite was perfect for our escape from the cold, offering a quality, safe, private property with all the conveniences nearby. Both Adam and Patricia were wonderful hosts: professional, courteous and responsive to even the most minor questions. Loved being able to walk along the beach or neighborhood, encountering friendly people every time. The pool/patio was just perfect for relaxing and soaking in the sun. Everything in the unit is top notch and well-maintained. We look forward to staying in this exact spot again!

Great trip!

Thank you for the amazing location and property. The only thing that could have made the trip better was a working pool heater (little chilly the week we were there). Otherwise everything was perfect, Florida is the best!

Love this property

This is a an amazing property in Cocoa Beach. Adam and Patricia are great to work with. The private pool is awesome especially after a day at the beach, which is a short walk away. Located close to restaurants, and the pier. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We highly recommend.

Wonderful time

This was our first trip to Cocoa Beach. The unit was nicely upgraded with many kitchen utensils. The salt water heated pool with comfortable chairs was a nice addition. Very convenient walk to the beach. Adam and Patricia were outstanding owners who answered every need. We enjoyed the local playhouse and several great restaurants. Very comfy bed and many TV selection channels.

Long Weekend

Sweet get away

Patricia and Adam were great with communication and getting anything you might need. The place was very clean, all updated quality. Plenty of space for food and extras. Nice appliances through out. Loved the entire fenced in property and the private fencing for each unit. Area and neighborhood great! Quiet and convenient for the beach, stores, restaurants. So convenient. The bed was super comfy. The heated salt water pool was fantastic and very enjoyed. Beautiful lighting at night too. Plenty of beach towels and gear. Plenty of bath towels, bedding , anything you need. We cant say enough about these gems! We WILL BE BACK:)
