“Very nice staff”

“IF YOU'RE READING THIS.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The place is old, dilapidated, full of bugs, and reeks of mold, old sewer, cats which their are 4, stale opened cans of cat food, and cat piss. I initially rented the room for 2 days in a pinch and the cheap price caught my eye,and although the 1st 2 days were unbearable I wasn't able to find anywhere else affordable before the 2 days were up but anywhere else would had been better. I was propositioned to rent the room for a month at 550 which……

“Hotel is okay, cheap and staff are friendly. Breakfast is a grab and go muffin and cereals type of brekky. Nothing fancy. Bring your own toiletries, shampoo, soap etc. Property needs up keep. Price is okay for the stay.”

“This place was quiet and right by the ocean. The staff was friendly and seemed to think of everything! There were cookies and coffee in the lobby. The bed was comfy.”

“I highly recommend. The apt was furnished very clean and nicely stock with everything you may need for 2 days or longer. There’s a beach just down the street and Cocoa Beach was a quick 15 drive. Many places to eat and neighborhood was quiet. Our stay was for 2 days, and the cruise port was close by.”

“This place is gorgeous! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough 😭 We booked it for the night after visiting Kennedy space centre which was 20 minutes away, before moving on to Miami but I wish we had stayed another night or two. Didn’t check out the pool or other amenities but it all looked good. The 3 bed premier condo was spacious for the four of us, so each of my teenage kids got their own room. Beds and pillows were comfy, and the shower was fabulous, all of which was welcome……

“This place is magical and you’d be a fool not to stay here!!! Book the I dram of Jeannie suite!! They provide everything you need! Kitchen utensils to cook. Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. You can’t find a better place in cocoa”

“Great location if you are taking a cruise with carnival. It's directly across the street and you can walk. The grocery store is about a 10 min uber ride. You can also Instacart things to the room. Breakfast was good the pool was well maintained as well.”

“Property was clean. My room looked great and tidy. Breakfast that was provided was well attended and super clean.”

“Definitely a great stay for the price and location near the Port. I was scheduled to come in later that evening however, my flight was changed to an earlier time. I sent a message asking, if I could do an early check-in and within minutes I had a response that my room was ready for me. If you need a place to stay before your cruise, I recommend staying at the Bonsai- A Modern Motor Court.”
