「I thought this would be a great option for my annual group hike from the north rim to south rim. I REALLY needed this place for my south side accommodations so booked it in May. Of course this year the traffic Dragon Bravo fire burned up much of the park on the north side and it was closed. I was hopng it would reopen for the hike but it didn't so i needed to cancel the trip (everyone was coming in from out of town to do the iconic R2R hike). In late August i texted through VRBO chat to cancel. ...

「Near Grand Canyon National Park, we were not finding lodging options that would give you more than a basic hotel room without breaking the bank. Then we found the Tiny Homes. They weren't unreasonably expensive, but we had space for my kids to each have their own bed and for my wife and I to have our own space, too. The kitchen, while Spartan, was a money saver. Overall, when we visit again, we'll stay here again.」

「We came out for our daughter's graduation and stayed for 3 nights. This place was beautiful and tranquil. It is very spacious. The master bedroom only has a large tub/no shower which was no problem. Take advantage of relaxing in the tub! The sleeping quarters in the loft is nice with the big windows, however, bring your eye masks because the sun will wake you up in the very early morning. This is pet-friendly which we loved. The neighborhood is very quiet. Dealing with Mass was easy via...

「Well…we were only given one towel per person for 5 days. We could request more but they don’t respond to texts. We reached out to host via text per their request to speak to them about some issues we had and wanted to address but never received any communication from the host. So although it was clean and met our basic needs, for the price point I expected better communication.」
