The rooms are a little smaller than they appear on the photos but spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped. The atmosphere and cocktails were great, & breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. "A great place to stay, just a few minutes from Mirissa beach. The host was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka with his amazing breakfast (grandmas recipe), and his willingness to help and give tips for what to do. Thank you for having us!"

"Everything was great! Check in was really, which is a nice bonus. The hotel was close to everything (the beach, the town centre, restaurants) without being on the main busy road. And a great price for what you get. The shower was finicky though - super hot and we couldn't figure out how to change the temp."

"Great location. A few meters away from the street. Decent size room , big bathroom. NO bed sheet to cover yourself with; only blanket. Very welcoming host. The kitchen on rooftop was great for the view but very filthy sink. Of course certain people do not clean after themselves. I recommend the maid cleans everyday. Overall great stay"
