This Comfort Inn was a great value. At the time we were there, the parking lot was getting repaved, so parking was a challenge. Beyond the parking challenges, the rooms were quiet and clean.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times recently. This time was not good. I'm wondering if it's under new management. I am disabled and have to have an accessible room. The room I was in this time had no towel bars at all. We were given only one washcloth each. There is no waste basket by the sink in the bathroom area. The ironing board broke as soon as we tried to put it up. It was very noisy. They did not allow any kind of late checkout, even for the disabled. The door to the room has no way of being propped open, not a doorstop or anything to allow you to easily enter and exit the room if you're, for instance, using a walker or a wheelchair. They are also redoing one of their parking areas which seems to be taking quite a long time and this means on a busy night there's basically nowhere to park.

The Comfort Inn was centrally located. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. My only complaint was there was not enough parkings spots. The back lot was closed.

I booked this stay through Expedia with “pay at property,” and after a 12-hour drive, we arrived around 11:30 PM to find not only no parking (likely due to construction), but that our reservation had been canceled without any real notice. The front desk employee was the only bright spot—she was professional and tried to help—but she had no clear explanation. First it was “not sure,” then suddenly it was blamed on a card issue. I was told I should have received an email, but the only email I received was asking how my check-in experience was—which is honestly insulting considering I never even got to check in. My reservation was canceled at 1:30 PM—hours before check-in—yet no effective communication was made to ensure I actually knew. Canceling a same-day reservation without confirmed notice, then selling out the hotel, is unacceptable. Because of this failure, we were left stranded late at night after driving all day and had to scramble to find another hotel, ultimately paying double at La Quinta Inn & Suites just to have somewhere to sleep. This is a complete breakdown in basic hospitality and reservation management. If you’re going to cancel confirmed bookings, you need to ensure the guest is clearly notified—not leave them finding out at the front desk at midnight. I expect accountability for this.

The property was in good condition but the pool and hot tub were busy and the water seemed cloudy. Housekeeping is provided only every three days, but they did not do it on our third day. Towels and shampoo are available at the Front Desk for convenience or you could ask the Housekeeper in the hall. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt and cereal, provided free of charge.

For my surprise the front desk staff was super stressed and exhausted. She didn’t treat bad but she was out of control. The phone was ringing too much and she was alone. She started crying in front of clients and went to a private room just behind the desk and screamed. Left the front desk and didn’t finished the job. Told me her manager was coming to finish the check in. Over all the Hotel is the best one in there area.

Everything was good! Breakfast was good. Our room was good, for an extended stay. We brought our dog with and felt the dog yard was on the smaller side but it wasn't bad, and they did provide dog bags for clean up. Pool was on the smaller side (4ft depth) but overall good for the pool/hot tub area and the kids enjoyed it. Staff were polite at check in/out but not over barring. Staff at breakfast were kind as well. We will stay here again in the future!
