Christmas Stay

Downtown Coeur d' Alene house

House was perfect for my group of 4. Great location, capable of walking to downtown (about 4 blocks).House was well equipped with pots, pans, great bbq out back. Hot tub worked great. 1 bedroom downstairs with (3) bedrooms upstairs. The master upstairs has its own bathroom. The (2) other rooms upstairs shared a second bathroom. Parking was easy and plenty. Overall, great experience.

Great spot

Stayed here for a golf trip with some friends and it was a great stay. Host was super communicative and accommodating. Pictures were accurate of the house. The location is awesome walking distance to downtown CDA. Extremely close to Coeur D’Alene Golf Course Resort.

Christmas Getaway

Great House and Great Location

We were all very pleased with our stay. All of the great downtown CDA action was in walking distance, the house was well equipped with the amenities we need, and we didn't run into any problems during our stay. We are likely to look into this property again for our next trip to Idaho.

Had a wonderful stay. Excellent location, easy walk to everything downtown. House is amazing with comfortable beds and plenty of living space. Great communication with host. Absolutely WONDERFUL place to stay! Super clean, had everything you needed, charming neighborhood and very walkable! Family Reunion

We had a wonderful trip. We stayed at this home during a family reunion weekend. It was close to downtown, easy 10-15 minutes walk. Safe, clean neighborhood right near shops and restaurants. Home was clean and slept our family well. We were able to check in a little early which was also super helpful. Thanks for a great long weekend.

Reunion

Our stay was fantastic! The host was great at communication and leaving instructions. They even so kindly provided us with freshly baked cookies. Our group gets to see eachother 1x/year, and we were simply happy to to have a great living room so we could all gather to talk and catch up. Clean hot tub. Plenty of towels for hot tub and showers. Two mattresses were uncomfortable enough for our backs to note, but overall property was great!

Comfortable Home; Fantastic Location

My husband and I were doing the CdA Ironman and heard about the classic car show which was the weekend prior. We invited my husband's brother and his wife to join us so were at this place for 12 days. It is very comfortable and homey. Having the hot tub was great. Very well located to Sherman Ave which is where the car show happens as well as the race site for Ironman. Furnishings and fixtures though somewhat dated and worn and it could have been cleaner.

Wonderful house and location!

Thank you for the best few days! The house was perfect for our group... everything was set up perfectly for our group of adults and kids! The house had everything we needed and more. It was in a great location. I had multiple questions leading up to our stay, as well as during our stay checking to extend it due to car troubles! Our questions were answered so fast and I appreciated them taking the time with the small things I asked about! We will be definitely be searching out the same house (hopefully) and if not something from the same host If possible! Thank you again for an amazing stay 😊

An Absolute Gem of a Rental

We loved this house so much! Upon arrival we were so impressed with the cleanliness and what the house had to offer. At first my youngest son (21) had planned to stay on the lower bunkbed because it reminded him of home, But the basement was quite cold (Time of the year not the house's fault). So the 4 of us all stayed upstairs. All beds were super comfortable. Our favorite amenities: The fire pit outside (we used nearly daily and thank you for the quick propane refill!). We also used the spa which was delightful. My personal favorite was the master jetted jaccuzzi tub. It was amazing and well loved by me! This location was very quiet and we never experienced any traffic noise or neighbor noise. We would rent this again if we came back to the gorgeous city of Coeur D' Alene! Thank you so much for you attention to our needs during our stay. We were beyond happy!
