This Midtown-Downtown home is the perfect location for anyone visiting or working in CDA. Less than 1 mile from Tubbs Hill and the City park. It is also less than 1 mile from Kootenai Health. Groceries are within 2 blocks and access to I-90 is also within a mile. On street parking puts you right at the front door. The 2nd Street home features granite countertops, finished oak flooring, washer and dryer, and is fully furnished with a loaded kitchen. Free Wifi.

Perfect little home
My family and I stayed here for a few days just to hang out in CDA and had a really good time. The house was perfect for our small family and the amenities were all nice and in good working order.

Not clean
Nice setting/neighborhood. The house was not clean though. I’m ok with old houses, and rust on bathtubs. But dirty is something else. Our sheets were silk, and so bally! Our feet kept snagging. The mattress was higher on one side than the other, so I felt like I was sleeping on a hill. Mirror in bathroom was dirty. Rugs/floor were dirty. Bathtub was dirty. I don’t want to be rude… I think this house has lots of potential, just needs CLEANING! Great neighborhood!

Great little downtown house!
We enjoyed this lovely little house so close to the lake and downtown. We did discover missing smoke alarms, which the host was super responsive to get taken care of. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

Great for what we needed
We are a family that spends the days exploring the area we are in. This house was great for spending the evening, regrouping and going again the next morning. The host was easy to work with and the house was as it is listed. We had a great vacation!
