The living and dining area is furnished with a sofabed of 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing additional sleeping arrangements for guests. This convivial living space also includes a flat screen TV and opens directly onto the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor area. The apartment includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC. A kitchenette is integrated into the living space and is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring all the essentials for self-catering stays are readily available.
