"Room was very clean. The bathroom was great. It is a very newly built hotel so our room didn't have a tub. It had a nice roomy shower that was a taller height. Hotel allows dogs which is nice. Close to Alfred State. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. "

"Staff stayed outta your way unless requested and communicated with. Very persistent when you are going to extend your stay and still need to pay. Now to the guest rooms...bedding was horrendous. Stains (brown like burn marks or maybe dried blood) on pillow cases. Burn marks on sheets. King bed sheets don't fit"

"Was a beautiful property with a great view of the lake. Steep driveway to the house, but street level parking and easy access to a dock for fishing, etc. This would be a beautiful spot for a summer vacation."
