Weekend away

Nice little property. Only a couple negatives (showers weren’t the cleanest, outdoor space with yellow table is all rotted and moldy and can’t be used, the pillows are very very firm and landscaping is a bit over grown) but overall a nice location, easy to get Ubers to and from to Burlington for less than $30 and it’s very very spacious!

It was close between two properties that we were staying at, it was helpful to stay close without driving 2 hours home to my sisters, so it was a great location, everyone loved it, everything was at hand, will stay again if i have the opportunity!

Spacious house

The house was spacious but located far from Burlington where we wanted to visit. There was no bathroom on the second floor of unit 1, and the house was divided into two awkward apartments. The rental was expensive for what you get.

House in Colchester with 2 units

Would not recommend this house in the summer- no A/C and hot even with fans. There are not screens on all bedroom windows so couldn’t be opened without worry of mosquitos. Bathroom situation weird- no bathroom on bedroom level in one unit (both down steep narrow stairs). Second unit had no bathroom on main floor. Parking good, living rooms fine. Appliances in kitchen like the coffee maker would trip its circuit. Unit one had a musty smell.
