"We didn’t arrive until 10:30 pm and when we walked in the door, a pleasant voice and beautiful smile greeted us. That young lady was the most friendly, helpful and thorough that we’ve ever experienced! Our experience will serve as the standard we will measure every other experience we will ever have with hotels. It’s the gold standard. When we checked out, another outstanding experience! Breakfast? Nice variety and well prepared. The French toast was tasty and perfect texture…not limp or overcooked until it was like biscotti! Can’t say enough good things! "

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the bathroom is updated nicely. We appreciated the little extra touches like syrups for the coffee and assortment of toiletry items. Check in was easy, and host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again when in the Richmond area!"
