What I don't like: NO one at the lobby when we arrived at 11pm, NO one pick up the phone either, NO poster or instruction for self check-in (doubt if any), we end up need to book & stay at another hotel.
Note: the lobby's door is not locked, messy inside, and it looks like they are moving or will be filing bankruptcy soon."

"This is the best VRBO property that we have ever had. It is comfortable with lots of amenities. It is spacious with lots of room to congregate. We were having a reunion at the nearby Springdale Golf Resort and lots of family dropped by our house to visit. This is the second time we have rented the house and we will probably rent it again for the next reunion in 2027."
"The Cottage is gorgeous! Well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The attention to detail in the construction and furnishings made you feel like you were staying in an 18th century Country Cottage, with all of todays amenities - fabulous! The view of the surrounding mountains was also beautiful! The parking was a bit tight, but we worked it out. Mary Ellen and the local property manager were both very responsive when we had a question! A wonderful time was spent in the Mountains! Thank you!!"

"This was a perfect stay for us. It was far enough out where it felt private, but still convenient to everything we wanted to do. The property was clean and well kept.
