“When we arrived we were unable to access the studio with our code. We reached out to the host and they quickly corrected it. This was appreciated. Upon entering the property we noticed that it did not match the pictures (nor amenities) listed online. It was newly renovated. Aesthetically it was nice, however there were issues. Following are some; no hair dryer or iron/iron board, BR lamp had no light bulb it, clock on kitchen counter was broken and had no battery in it, there were no kitchen……

“Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply……
