Waterline is an elevated and spacious 3 bedroom family home right above the waterfront and immediately above Sheoaks. All the main rooms have stunning views out over Great Oyster Bay, the estuary of the Swan River and Nine Mile Beach. Our local beach is only a 5 minute walk away down the waterfront track. Waterline is perfect for a family with up to 4 children or for two couples.

Three bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with twins.
All linen and towels are new and of top quality.
Large open plan dining, lounge and kitchen area.
TV and DVD player.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning keeps the house cool in summer and cosy in winter.
Well equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, utensils and tea towels.
A large front deck is perfect for watching the sun set over Great Oyster Bay.
Sheltered back deck with secure gate.
Gas BBQ.
Outdoor furniture for use on either deck.
Bathroom with bath, shower, basin and hairdryer.
Separate toilet with hand basin.
Laundry with washing machine.
Clothes line under the house.
Porta cot, suitable for infants of up to 14 Kg and 85 cm in height. Bring own bedding.

Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and just lovely accommodation! Bed was really comfy and the heating kept us really cosy! We loved it here an wished we had a longer stay! Freycinet Holiday people were really great to deal with for our stay, fantastic experience all around! 😊

We were really excited to stay there… but contracted Covid before catching the ferry, so unable to travel. The terms of accommodation stated that there was no refund except in extenuating circumstances…. Apparently Covid does not fall into this category. The ferry and the other accommodation we booked were open to discussion and rescheduling at a later date. We didn’t expect a refund… but had hoped to stay here at the same time next year with even if we had had to pay more for the trouble or if they were unable to let it out when we had cancelled…. But no conversation was entered into. We believe it was not STAYZ that had control of the decision making, this was the policy of the property managers. Having said that we were able to get a friend to stay instead of us, she was very impressed with the accommodation… we are yet to find new accommodation for next year.

The house and the view were spectacular. We were very comfortable. The Tv didn't work but we didn't need it but it will need checking. Great utensils in the kitchen but would have been handy to have scissors. In all we highly recommend this place

Spectacular views!!
We arrived late around 9pm and it was so lovely that the lights and heater were left on for our arrival as it was raining and cold! We couldn't find the TV remote, but that was ok as we didn't watch any tv. The views are beautiful, even on a rainy day. We truly enjoyed our stay and we're sad to leave
