“HIGHLY recommend! What an amazing stay. We came to High Point for freshman orientation and just needed something nearby and affordable. Instead, we walked into a condo that felt like a boutique hotel. The retro‑meets‑modern design was gorgeous, and the customizable LED lighting at the kitchen table was such a fun, unexpected highlight. “This was really an apartment, not a condo. The carpet had some stains and there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The host was very responsive and allowed an early check in which we really appreciated. It was a good value however being in an apartment was unexpected. ”

“The property was great newly renovated. Only complaint was it was a little warm upstairs I. The bedrooms for sleeping even with having the air turned waaay up.”

“Don was a wonderful host and property was as advertised. Had a small issue with not getting the actual unit # but was rectified immediately late at night with host who called immediately when error was brought to his attention. I would have zero reservations about renting this unit again and look forward to another stay when we visit my daughter at HPU! Thanks Don!”
