"I could not have asked for a more perfect hotel and room! The staff is amazing our room was cleaned every day and the shower was fantastic. Wonderful air conditioning and very very quiet. We loved it so much we're staying an extra day. Right in the heart of La Rambla with lots of shops and dining. EVERYONE is extremely nice! We made alot if friends and they accommodate English if you do not speak Spanish! I would give it 20 Stars if I could. Henry the hotel manager is fantastic 🏆"

"The only flaw with our room was the shower head was broken & the bathtub/shower was very slippery. Almost dangerous! Please find a way to make that not as hazardous. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much!"

"I chose this hotel because it was centrally located in the Gothic Quarter, which seemed to be close to all of the shops, restaurants and sights that we wanted to see. I was traveling with my daughters so being in a well populated and safe area is extremely important. The staff was always ready to help, extremely accommodating and professional. We only had one unfortunate experience when a member of the dining staff rushed me and my daughters out of the dining room at breakfast time because he said breakfast was almost over even though we had plates of food in front of us. Out of all the hotels I’ve traveled to in the world over 30 some odd years, I had never had that happen. Other than that, our stay was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Barcelona/Gothic Quarter area. I chose it even though it was a little pricey as we were in a suite with our breakfast included, and the room was very nice and gave me and my girls plenty of room to move around in. I missed that there is no pool or fitness center but they do offer a voucher to a very nice and modern neighboring gym about half a mile away. Thank you to Olivia Plaza and its amazing staff for a wonderful Barcelona stay for the 5 days we were there. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona."

"Was a very nice clean hotel. Rooftop pool was nice but there was a lot of mold at the water line. Needs cleaning. You can only get ice by asking bartender on roof and it closes at 11pm. Wish they had one you could self access. No toilet brush in room. No gym. Breakfast was good. Many choices."
