“We had a fabulous stay however this was somewhat hampered at the beginning due to our room having a blocked shower, 1 towel (to share 😳) & a broken hairdryer. Once I informed the staff, they were concerned, attentive and fixed the problems immediately.

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight.
