“The location and neighborhood of the apartment are amazing! Walking distance to anything you might want to do with some restaurants really close by. Check in was really easy. A couple of comments: We were only able to get one kitchen burner to work (slight chance that it could have been user error, but couldn’t get one to light) and the “grill” outside needed charcoal, which we would have used but weren’t willing to buy charcoal for, so keep that in mind if you want to cook. Upon arrival in the……

“House needs maintenance.”

“While the description of the property was technically true, it fell short of expectations. For example, the description said that there were room darkening shades, but it was just regular shades that were very basic and let in a lot of light. Because of food allergies, we have to have access to a kitchen and this is why we went VRBO instead of a hotel or similar. The kitchen was ridiculously unstocked. The company representative was very receptive and provided what we asked for, but I shouldn't……

“No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again.”

“The host was amazing. The place was very clean. When you walk in the place was exactly how it depicts. It was in a great neighborhood and we felt safe.”

“If hell was a place this would be it literally if looks were it ….it would be the best place ever is a beautiful looking place, but as far as cleanliness and amenities and ease of getting in Area that we were supposed to go to was awful. The balcony was a selling point, which was not supposed to be used although the actual balcony door was broken so I had to Jimmy a chair under the door to stop it from flapping open during the night, I hated the moment that I got there until the moment that we……

“Everything as described in listing ”

“This apartment is extremely well appointed and is in a very convenient location in the upper part of Georgetown; perfect for a combination of work and vacation! It has very fast Internet for video calls. During a heat wave, the central A/C worked to keep things very cool (it stays slightly warmer in the bedroom, so consider setting the temperature cooler when you sleep). There was plenty of closet space and a dresser for clothes. The shower pressure was wonderful, and having a washer/dryer was……

“Overall, this is a great one bedroom affordable option close to convention center. I was by myself for business so wasn’t in the apt much over my 3-night stay. I never received check-in instructions until I called and asked, but someone did pick up and was very responsive. Check-in after that was easy. The apt felt safe and was very clean. This is in the heart of the city and right off a busy street so there was some light pouring into the bedroom and street chatter and noise at night, but……
