I was upset with Expedia as I wanted to book with a property that had a hot tub. The lady said "I will check for you" at this property. She came back on the line and said yes they had a hot tub. I told her I would call back to book as my husband was driving and I needed the credit card. We got to the property and they said they did not have a hot tub

Front desk clerk is awesome. We had an issue with our TV, called her for help, and she made the time within her busy schedule (check in time) to try to fix the TV. Not within her scope of work, she immediately called maintenance to resolve the issue. Within 30 minutes TV was working. Breakfast was good, coffee was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Room was okay, bed was comfortable, one issue though, we were on 2nd floor, and could hear every step made above us. Suspect a child, not good at all when going to sleep at 10pm. Recommend rooms be assigned with children be on lower floors

Good price. We did have a hiccup with the original room, but the lady on staff went above and beyond to make sure we were set. We also extended our stay another night and was able to stay in same room thanks to the same lady. Very happy it worked out.

Continental breakfast was early from 6:30 to 9:30. I got there at 8:30 and there was almost no food left. No replenishment to my indication. Staff wasn’t checking food in stock. Good place to stay. Good night sleep but included breakfast not so good.

This hotel was dirty, run down, falling apart, and the staff were either completely missing in action, had to wait 15 minutes further someone to come to the front desk. Turned out he was the guy out front on the bench smoking a cigarette. Sheets and towels were stained and shower floor looked like it had blood on it, turned out to be rust.

There was trash (spilled coffee cup w/stain and plastic spoons) in the stairwell for the entire four day stay. There appeared to be vomit on the rooftop right below a second story window which was right above the front entrance/lobby. That too stayed there for days. On the positive side, the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very nice. Property is old and dated. This hotel is in need of a complete renovation to compete with other hotels in CSB. The a/c was also very loud. I booked because of the low price for student orientation, but I will not be staying here again.
