“The apartment was really clean and big. Its in a great location if youre wanting to be near the hospital and/or public transport. It has all the amemities you need - self contained kitchen, a tv with streaming services. A large balcony. It was great. My only downside was its quite loud, you can hear the traffic from outside during the night. Im quite a light sleeper so didnt sleep very well.”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”
