「This was my second stay at this property. Property owner did not provide access information until the day after the start of the stay (and only after I requested it). Toilet handle was broken (was informed of that after I arrived), storm door would not latch, there was carpet tack strip nails exposed at the threshold of the bedroom doorway. (found those with my bare feet). Owner needs to do a better job of providing access information and perform some house maintenance.」
