  • Beautiful 60m² apartment on the ground floor of a large house in a protected environment, near the mill and creeks. Two terraces 1 covered and 1 discovery offer a beautiful sea view.

    Exceptional in Collioure ... square ... Protected area, quiet while staying near the center; and ..... a place for the car. (important in Collioure)
    We are on hand to guide our guests. Free Wi-Fi.
    Air conditioning / heating depending on the season.


    Access to two private terraces, to a large plot at the back of the house to go directly to the Chemin de St Elme and access the mill and the fort of the same name.
