"The communication from Expedia was terrible. We received no check-in instructions and an incomplete address. When we finally found the property, the owner claimed that they had no record of our booking, despite us having paid in full just a few weeks before. The room that we eventually stayed in was being used by another guest. We contacted Expedia...

"Pros: Die Wohnung liegt in einem der alten Gebäude in Hunawihr und ist ganz wunderbar im alten Bauernstil eingerichtet. Viele liebevolle Details zeugen von einem sehr guten Geschmack der Besitzer. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gut mit hochwertigen Matratzen und Bettzeug ausgestattet. Ich war schon in vielen...

Top Colmar Hotel Reviews

LOGIS Hôtel Saint-Martin

10/10 Excellent

"It was a typical European hotel room (small) but it was clean, and my room had a balcony. The staff was very helpful and the location was great. The restaurant across the street from the hotel "Brasserie Schwen" was recommended by the staff and it was absolutely amazing. The only con is they have no local parking. They recommend a parking garage that is a 6-minute walk from the hotel but it only charges 3 euro a day for parking."

Hôtel Maison Turenne

10/10 Excellent

"A true hotel: focus on the customer, sophisticated ambiance, everything perfect and in order, making it effortless to relax and just love this hotel. Air conditioned perfectly, quiet. We felt as the customers of the old days felt. Just perfect. Garage for our smallish car was great to get it out of the heat and the elevator was right there. Didn’t eat breakfast, but staff always obliged me with coffees. Easy stroll into Colmar. WOW!"

Odalys City Apartment Hotel - Colmar Centre

8/10 Good

"The apartment was very nice but is in need of some maintenance. Lights were burned out at the bedside & a plug receptacle was partially pulled out of the wall, also at the bedside. The drapes in the living room area, were coming off the hanging hardware. The staff were great & very helpful. The next issue is really a Hotels.com issue. When we tried to navigate to any location on our trip(rental car was used), the location of each property came up on the navigation system as Unknown Location instead of the name of the property. Thus, we found our selves on busy unfamiliar streets close to but not exactly at the front entrance of the facility. Also, specific information regarding actual location to where to park for each facility would be helpful. In many cases, the actual property name is not the exact name on the front of the hotel/apartment."

Hôtel Le Colombier

10/10 Excellent

"The staff was great and the location was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. The room was a little on the smaller side, but did not take away the charm of hotel. The staff were super accommodating for gluten free items which are a plus. The offsite parking was reasonable and a nice parking area. They did have a four space garage but required a tiny car."

Grand Hotel Bristol By Stay Collection

8/10 Good

"This is an amazing hotel if you are going to use trains or buses. The breakfast is excellent. We had a newly refurbished room with a good outlook so that was good. However, there was no easy chair despite neighbouring rooms having two. We asked a couple of times for a chair to no avail. We’d have given five stars otherwise"
