“The front desk was great. The room was very nice with a micro and a fridge. It was very clean. The pool and hot tub were both very clean as well. Parking was easy and about a mile from Iowa state university. The breakfast was buffet on the weekend and order from the menu on weekdays. We had the order from the meu and it was very good. Water, coffee and fruit available in the morning too. Would stay here again for sure. ”

“Room was clean. It was nicely done. Had enough pillows for the bed. The staff was very friendly. ”

“This is a delightfully charming hotel, with lovely old wood flooring in the halls. Be forewarned that there is no elevator if you have difficulty navigating one flight of stairs.”

“Lovely and quite area, however a bit of a ways away from town. I wish we had more time to spend in this lovely home and enjoy the amenities. We arrived late and unfed and they kindly provided me with provisions which was above and beyond. Had our best sleep of our cross-country journey here and would definitely visit again if in the area. ”

“We stayed here for a family wedding. It was absolutely perfect. Grown kids, and grandma all enjoyed. The owner was very willing to accommodate any needs. We will definitely stay here again.”
