Lovely stay in Köln

Lovely stay in Cologne. The hotel was great and in a good location, easy for local transport connections. Staff all helpful and friendly. Good, big and comfy rooms (we had two family suites) with an excellent range of options for breakfast. Highly recommended as a base for visiting Cologne and the surrounding area.

Generally good. Fantastic room for breakfast. Great staff. Good location. Car parking a bonus. Air com was a bit weak and a strange design fault as the bathroom which was lovely had frosted glass doors which flooded the bedroom with light when used. Otherwise v good indeed.

Great location

This was really nice hotel … staff were friendly, the room was spacious and had everything you needed, the breakfast was good and in a very lovely room and easy access to cologne ( walkable) … and with nice restaurants nearby. Bonus it has parking.

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff. Very convenient to the Laxness Arena for an evening concert. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant area is in a converted swimming pool. It was quirky and elegant and quite fun for your early morning coffee! I would most definitely stay here again

The hotel is directly across from the arena and about 30mins walk from the city centr. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly.

Wonderful Hotel

Staff are friendly and helpful at all times and the Hotel is extremely clean and well kept. The rooms are a good size and equipped with all you would expect. Beds are comfy and provide for a good nights sleep. There is an extensive variety available for breakfast in the spacious restaurant, which is beautifully designed. All in all a perfect place for a comfortable stay.

All great, definitely recommended.

All is excellent, location is great, I had a room at the back on floor 4 which was completely quiet at night, room was very clean, staff were efficient, wifi worked fine, My only tiny negative is perhaps putting a bit of artwork or design into the bedroom as it is quite bland. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

Good but a bit pricy

Nice place. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is professionnal. The breakfast is taken in a very beautiful room. The hotel is still pricy in you compare it with others places in the country. You need to walk 30 min to reach the touristic center of Köln.

In general, the hotel is good. The biggest problem we experienced is that it advertises that rooms have a/c but in reality is just a fan that doesn't cool the room. Therefore, we had trouble sleeping. Staff is friendly.

Hotel was great and the staff was really friendly. Everything was very clean and the breakfast each morning was great (except there is no self serve coffee option so sometimes it can take awhile) the large downside was that the room got very hot every night and it was highly disruptive to sleep. Also there was no bed sheet. Only a comforter (top blanket) which I thought was strange.

Mixed feelings. Great space and staff. However, due to an event, the parking I was told they had for guests, was used up. They sent us to a parking garage, which was a pretty far walk and was also full for 8 of the 9 floors, so it was a long walk down the stairs, as the elevator was broken. Also, there was no evening restaurant, just the bar, which did get us food, but really slow with the event in house.
