The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close.

The room was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive aspect of the stay. However, the in-room dining service needs significant improvement. Food delivery to the room took a long time, and used cutlery and dishes that were left outside for collection were not cleared for over 11 hours, despite being requested. Breakfast was good and offered a decent variety. However, overall, the experience did not justify the price paid, and I do not feel it was good value for money.

The room had a smell of damp, mould upon arrival - likely due to the bathroom being in the room with only glass walls separating bed from toilet. The service also could have been better considering the standard a brand new hotel of this calibre should have. We waited over 20 mins for a simple glass of red wine and coca cola on the roof terrace bar, but when we were not served, we got up and left. I did complain to the manager, who swiftly rectified the issue ans brought us up our drinks to our room, but the overall 'mood' and desire to have them on the terrace bar at night was gone, so not as enjoyable. We were fortunate enough to experience a meal in the Indian restaurant on site. Very delicious food and lovely entertainment. The pool was a nice temperature and the stsff working on the poolside were very good at bringing towels and setting up the lounger for you. The poolside bar does not open until 11/11.30, so grab a coffee/drink from elsewhere if you want one by your lounger in the morning. Note, the mall attached to the hotel was not open yet and most shops were vacant but there is a lovely and massive mall nearby (5 min uber). Overall, quite disappointed considering the price we paid to stay here, i usually enjoy cinnamon hotels but unlikely I will stay at this one again.

As a Platinum Expedia member, I was disappointed that no upgrade was offered upon check-in. The housekeeping service did not meet expectations — the rooms were not cleaned to the expected standard. On a positive note, the breakfast was quite good and offered a nice variety in the self-serve buffet. However, no table service was provided, and I had to get my own coffee.

We checked in and asked for an extra bed before check in and it took until 9PM to get the extra bed. We called reception multiple times and had to go down and follow the receptionist to have it brought up. The elevators had long wait time even with multiple spots with them, they also give you the wrong direction on the lights. It's hard to go to bed, there is a lot of noise even 15+ floors up. It's a beautiful hotel but the service and utilities are mediocre. Breakfast Buffet was really good.

Everything about the Cinnamom Life was superb and unique, from the staff uniforms to the artwork that adorn the walls of this outstandong hotel. We had an amazing stay and didnt want to check out :)
