The house is very well stocked with everything you need. Kitchen has all the essentials. The town of Colon is about 10 minutes with a small grocery store and a few local places to eat ."

"Our stay was perfect from the minute we pulled up to the cottage until the minute we packed our bags and left. In hindsight I wish we would have extended our stay by another day or two. Everything was exactly as described on the VRBO app. The home was spotless and every amenity you could think of ever needing was available for our use.. I can’t speak more highly of Stacey - she was very easy to communicate with and available to answer any questions we had. "

The lake view was breathtaking. Forgot there was no dishwasher but turned out we did ok without it. Went to a sunflower patch at a nearby farm, enjoyed the kiddy size ice cream at the store. "It definitely wasnt the cleanest hotel room but, it wasn't too bad either. Stephanie from the front desk was soooo nice and helpful. Her pleasant attitude alone made my stay top notch. I would 100% come back to this hotel because of her. Sometimes customer service can really make or break your experience and in this case Stehanie made this a five- star experience for me and my family. We had to switch rooms and she was sooo accomodating, then we locked the keys in the room while switching rooms...
