“Great hotel near several restaurants. Good breakfast. Superb staff. New, clean room.”

“At the time of check in, we were asked if we had a pet and we said NO. We were tired from our travel and went to the room for a good night sleep. I mentioned to my wife about some smell and she said it might be from cleaning. Next morning when we woke with smell and noice of dogs in the hallway, we realized that we were given pet friendly room on the second floor that is only for those who have pets. The size of the dogs was no limit and the noice in early morning was too loud. So much for……

“The room was fantastic. It was clean and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was not great. The sausage patties were green, the eggs were fake. If you like cereal you’re good.”

“The room was clean enough. The hot water took several minutes to get to our room and was not very hot. We only stayed 2 nights. On the second day we ran out of toilet paper. I went to the office to ask for another roll and the woman told me they did not have toilet paper in the office and I needed to contact housekeeping. I asked her how I contact housekeeping and she said they would be back in the morning. I reiterated that we were completely out and she asked whether my room was……

“Needs hair dryers and coffee makers in the rooms”

“The air conditioning leaked water and stop cooling the room no one came to get the water up and no one thought of us being guess getting to hot so room 162 was ok but unsatisfying to my last day”

“Remodel in progress- To check in- had to call a number and a lady came up to check us in The room we were given was under renovation, but not complete. It was clean- BUT- no water glasses, coffee pot or service, no smoke alarms, etc. Checking out- there was a guy sitting in. Car engine running and lights out and he calls out to me as I drop the key in the window. Creepy. ”

“Everything was great from the room to the staff I'll most definitely stay again”

“Overall a very clean and well maintained facility. I personally would prefer carpet in the rooms vs plank flooring but to each his own. My suite was well stocked and very clean. A comfy one night stay on my drive back to NC”

“The only thing was the air conditioner made a squalling noise. And the filters were pretty bad. Other than that it wasn't a bad experience.”

“My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.”
