“I had a valid hotel room reservation, but they refused to check me in because they claimed the booking had been canceled. However, the reservation was still active. The hotel made mistakes and did not want to admit them. They kept giving different reasons that were not true. After a small argument, they finally checked me in.”

“There is no doubt this is a lovely hotel but .... if you're using Expedia's website to make your decision, then there are things you need to know. The website suggests parking is available easily either onsite or nearby. This is absolutely not the truth. The hotel has 3 parking places (I was fortunate to get one of them) but if you're driving and arriving late, you'll have no chance and parking is far from easy around the area. The website states there is a sauna, which there is, but only……

“夜遅くの到着だったが隣のモールが開いていたのでギリギリ入って片付け始めてたおばちゃんにお勧めを聞いてお惣菜を買えた 朝食は体質的に食べられない物があるので偏ってしまうがキチンと並べられていて食べられないが、、、美味しそうに見えた 階段しかない 部屋の作りが特殊 統一感がない作り 寝るだけと割り切って予約したホテルなので可もなく不可もなく、、、”

“Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Zimmer geräumig, die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Es gab dort ganz viele Katzenfiguren, Katzen Bilder, sogar auf den Handtüchern waren Katzen abgebildet, für mich als Katzenliebhaber perfekt. Der Pool war leider noch nicht geöffnet. Ich war trotzdem sehr zufrieden, sehr nah zur Innenstadt. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war lecker.”

“Insgesamt hinterließ das Hotel einen guten Eindruck. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß, das Badezimmer sogar ausgesprochen geräumig. Lediglich die Vorhänge verdunkeln nicht ausreichend, sodass morgens relativ viel Licht ins Zimmer fällt. Ansonsten war alles solide. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Für internationale Gäste wären Beschriftungen der Speisen auf Englisch sinnvoll. Der Kaffee war ebenfalls gut, und es standen verschiedene weitere Getränke zur Auswahl. Vor……

“Wonderful hotel. Amazing staff - friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, and within easy reach of the centre, quickest by trolley bus which stops just outside the hotel (frequent number 22). The attached restaurant is great and convenient for food and/or drinks, and has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are clean, and bathrooms modern with an excellent shower. I would strongly recommend this hotel for any visiting purpose.”

“Não indico e não voltaria de jeito nenhum. Localização péssima, café da manhã horrível, com pouquíssimas opções e os frios viraram 4 dias sem renovação, a Televisão não pegava em nenhuma fonte (source) e quando olhei atrás, descobri que não existe nenhum cabo entrando na TV, o isolamento acústico dos quartos não existe, o cofre só funciona se você reter as chaves, mas as recepcionistas não permitiram e o pior de tudo foi o pessoal da recepção, todos foram péssimos, sem vontade para ajudar os……

“Charming little hotel with gorgeous patio inside the courtyard. Has a parking spot inside the property. Walking distance to downtown.”

“So one of the best breakfast I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. They had wide and varied selection of just about anything you could want. Their laundry service was reasonable, and the location was within walking distance of major sites. The only down side was that the hotel didn’t have a lift, and carting your luggage up to the 4th floor can be rough.”
