"We loved the quirky location & even the older decor. The people were awesome & we felt safe. We stayed in the family suite all the way back to the right. The back bedroom stunk SO bad. Like old dog pee or rank water, I’m not sure, we ended up just closing it up for the extent of our stay & using the other beds. Bugs flying around and some dead on the floors as well stains on the couches and the place just looked beaten to hell. There was a lot of foot traffic and concerning behavior from those around. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice."
