The young man at the desk was rude and uncaring. I am disabled, he gave me room #235, at first but didn't tell me and my daughter how to get to the room. We took the elevator upstairs only to find that the rooms were numbered up to 233. I went back downstairs and watched as he nicely told another couple how to get to the room that they purchased. When I complained, he asked me if I read the map. I told them that I was disabled and refused to take the room that he had given me. Then he found me a room on the first floor room #107.

Check-in was ok, the person on duty allowed me to check in about 15 minutes early. I noticed that there was not a grocery/convenience store as advertised. Went into the room, looked around, as always, and found stained pillowcases, dirty chairs, the phone did not work and the slide door for the balcony was missing a handle. The missing handle spot was not covered, which means easy access for bugs and anything else. No arcade as advertised. Limited breakfast items unlike the buffet breakfast advertised. When I went back to the front desk the person that checked me in was gone, but I told the new person that the pillows had stains on them, and I needed new ones. He asked how long have you been here and I said I just here. He said how many are stained and proceed to come from behind the counter so that he could follow me to the room and see for himself. WOW I thought, but I proceeded to follow behind him. He looked at all six pillows and all six had stains, but he said he would only give us three. I followed him back to the front and he gave me three more cases that I checked before I left, they were stained too. He said that is how most of them look. I said okay do not worry about it I will go buy my own and walked off. Management, please purchase new pillowcases and update your website.

I had accidentally booked at the wrong location and they wouldn't let us switch it was 20 minutes further but in a bad area. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke and mildew. I didn't feel safe there

Requiring a $100 deposit on the low rent room was irritating, especially since it was hidden in their fine print. Just because some of their previous guests trashed their rooms doesn’t justify charging me for it. Microwave didn’t work; sink wouldn’t drain, light over desk and curtains sagging off wall; no wake up call available. Felt like I was staying in some local seedy motel instead of a Wyndham property.

First room was not done so elevators were all out so I (a older senior) walked back to lobby then man at front desk put me in a third floor room I begged for a first floor he stated they were not clean ( this was at 4:30 pm 90 minutes after checkin began) I took my 2 trips up to 3rd floor to find a filthy room sheets,bath mat and love seat all badly soiled there as no curtains just the thin cover that didn’t block light and parking lot lights were bright all night oh forgot I had no clicker for tv so again I had to go lobby after multiple attempt’s a working clicker was brought to my room so the good things were the shower was hot and that’s it Hotels.com should remove this place it gives them a bad image

If Awful is worse than Terrible, then AWFUL!! Driving from the lobby at the front of the building to the entrance to the room was a drastic change. Smell of urine at entrance door, hallway, and elevator (note same complaint in reviews 3 months old). Dirty and unmaintained throughout, roaches, hazardous broken shower rod, possible vagrants outside, free breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, toast, and apple juice. Met manager (James) in hallway when leaving. He acknowledged and agreed with our complaints and said he would give us a refund. I have yet to see that or a refund of our $100 "security" deposit. Shame on Expedia for listing this place and shame on Wyndham (one of the reasons I chose this place) for putting you name on this place. BAD, BAD, BAD !!!

The property has great potential. They are over reaching on some of the projects, but the property itself is okay. The staff is tired. Looks like most of them live there and they have bad attitudes. I stayed there and was missing many things in the room like microwave, soaps, ice bucket and some other things. They never brought items I had to get them myself. Carrying a microwave was odd. The head of house keeping was very rude and unfriendly. I upgraded room and was disappointed. Not up to Wyndham standards at all. The tvs are old and rooms are dusty.

The first room they gave me was filthy and there was garbage everywhere and literal pee in a cup. it was never cleaned out, they gave me a second room and it was extremely dirty and the patio door was broken with tissue in it with a warning about break ins

I would want a refund
First off all there was NO hot water they charged me an extra day because I arrived late do to my flight.. the keys on the doors kept on not working and had to go to the front dest and the people were rude and didn’t do their job right .. there was homeless and crack heads all over the hotel the breakfast was not eatable .. room stank .. i did not stay the full time .. bad hotel dont stay there

The hotel informed us upon arrival they had no hot water. They had been without hot water for over 1 day and did not know when or if it would be fixed during our one-night stay. So we had to leave. They still charged us for the room, even though the situation was out of our control. Won't be using Expedia again and I won't be visiting this hotel again.

I could not stay at that roach infested hotel. I went through expedia for the booking and and i am still waiting on my refund. The service desk was the only good thing i can say about going in the place. They were professionals. They did all they could to work with me on this situation.

Where to start… the room had holes in the wall, mold on the drapes, mold in the bathroom, bad electrical outlets, and damp carpet. The breakfast was disgusting!! They were serving rotten fruit and cereal.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We did not stay. The first sign was the bugs that were crawling on the check-in counter. The hallways were littered with trash and stains. There was animal feces in the hallway. When we got to the room, the furniture was covered in stains and there was BLOOD on the curtains. Please do not book a room at this hotel.

Do not stay here
This hotel is in very poor condition. They are short-staffed. We checked in and the first set of keys didn't work. The second set of keys opened the door to a room that was completely trashed and had not been cleaned since the previous guest. After 45 minutes, we finally got into a room which was not the room type booked. There were holes in the walls and doors, stains everywhere, sofa sleeper so disgusting I wouldn't let my seven year old sleep on it. The outside security doors all opened without keys and multiple lights outside the building were broken. The elevator also wasn't working consistently. The common areas and lobby and breakfast dining area were filthy as was the "cleaned" guest room we stayed in. This was the worst hotel experience we've ever had.

My flight was delayed and I arrived late at the property. I try to check in and was told I was listed as a no show and to contact Expedia. I had to pay again to stay in for a night and the place was not very clean and breakfast was not good.
