「The property was clean and in a decent location (10 min. drive to airport, two nearby restaurants). Amenities in the lobby were fine, although I didn’t hang out there. The room was simple but clean & new. Front desk staff were ok, but it was a hit or miss whether they acknowledged and greeted us as we walked by. Housekeeping was consistently courteous every time we walked by in the hallways. Overall it was great place to stay. I recommend the hotel.」

「Breakfast offerings were terrible. Food and serving pieces, eggs, bread, juice, bowls, plates, utensils were not maintained and serving area was littered with spilled food , dirty dishes and in some cases no plates or bowls. Trash containers were overflowing and there was no one attending the area. Guests were engaging with desk staff regarding the condition of the area which they did nothing to address.
Third floor ice machine was out of order so I used the stairs to go to the second floor....

「The room was dark and quiet so that was a positive. Our deadbolt did not work as the door and the jam were out of sync so the deadbolt would not go into the jam part. Not great.
The breakfast was adequate but nothing great. No honey for tea or coffee.
The outside of the building looked ghetto. The parking lot had broken surface, potholes, the curbs were chipped terribly and the poor plants were totally wilted. I know it was very hot, but all more reason to get someone to water them. I know all...
