“The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. “We had a group of adults attending a convention in Washington DC. The property was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would help would be more chairs for the table. It was HOT and HUMID while we were there as well. I know there were only window air conditioners….so maybe some oscillating fans would have been beneficial as well. Dr. Koura did stop by and this woman was amazing. So kind….so understanding. Thank you Dr. Koura for allowing to stay at your house. It was an honor.”
