This wonderful home has been updated throughout! With all new furniture, stainless steel appliances including a gas burning stove, a 50" LED TV with Firestick, and so much more! Located on a corner lot, the house has a large back yard with a deck and patio. It's less than a mile from I-71 and 270 making it just minutes from downtown, The Great Columbus Convention Center, Ohio Stadium, Polaris Parkway, Easton Towne Center, and so much more! ** No same city bookings** Absolutely no parties or events!

I was satisfied.
I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.

Better than a hotel
Four friends and I were in town for a sporting event. This house was great for us. No frills, but plenty of comfortable beds, two full baths and a kitchen with a gas stove/oven. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. But, we knew that going in, so we just packed accordingly. Would stay there again.
