Property nice, staff friendly and helpful had to ask for additional blankets and pillows staff brought quickly to room. Pull out sofa more like twin bed not double only issue we had.

Overall this property was great! The only thing was we were having trouble with the AC in our room but luckily it was able to get fixed but we did wait a while for it to be fixed. But other than that had a great stay.

The staff was stand offish, the bar was entirely too expensive as was the Bistro food which did not give you a big selection of food to choose from.

The lady at the front was not rude at all but 1 she did not let me know if there’s was breakfast in the morning free or I have to pay 2 she did not let me know what time was check out in the morning 3 she also gave me my key card and did not point me in the direction I needed to go to get to my room first time being in this hotel had to ask her which way was the elevator to get to my room 4 I called down because I got to my room and the tv remote was missing so I called down let her know she said she was goin to get someone on it but nobody never came for more than 30 mins. I asked a cleaning man I believe and he helped me out with the remote very nice man.

The property seemed very well maintained and kept up however I believe for the price that you pay for one night that at least coffee outside of the room would be provided. Also the cleanliness of the room could have been better and the sink in the bathroom filled up with water and did not drain very well. Other than that or stay was great

The suite, 1 bedroom, stated that it sleeps up to 5 people. It’s wrong. The bedroom has a king size bed. The double sofa bed will fit 1 person only. It’s a twin size mattress. We booked the room to sleep 4 people. Explained this to the hotel clerk. Couldn’t help us. We would have to book another room with 2 queens. Advertisement for a 1 bedroom suite was wrong. Just be aware.

Nice but moldy and gym is unsafe
The hotel is definitely esthetically pleasing and the staff is very nice overall. I believe the property was mostly clean, except they definitely have a mold problem. I chose the hotel because they had a pool and workout room. The gym has an over powering smell of mold upon walking in. I discovered this when I went to get water from the only water dispenser (hot or cold) available. This was the first night so I went back in the morning and spoke to the staff person. She was unaware of it and received instructions on how to empty the dehumidifier that was in the room. I went back later and it was even stronger. I never got to use it. There was also a mold smell in my room, which coincidentally was on the same wall as the gym and pool. The pool was flooded when I went because a hose had been left running with no supervision. So, I didn't have a chance to use the pool. The front desk staff is very pleasant but overworked and have to manage too many tasks like taking out the trash and running the coffee shop and bar, changing the water dispenser (it became empty, I only used it to fill my bottle a couple of times), and other things outside of being ready to greet and help guests; so you may have to wait.

Why get rid of the little things?
I can somewhat understand not having a complimentary breakfast, but no complimentary coffee, tea, snacks... anything? How much is it really going to cost you to have a basic, complimentary coffee station? These things aren't required for a hotel, but it feels like you are stripping down cost to the bare minimum to the point that it takes away from the welcoming, relaxing feel of a real hotel. Not everything has to come at a cost.

One of the best stays I have ever had. When I arrived at the hotel, they already had keys ready. Check-in was maybe 45 seconds. The rooms are really nice and clean. They have a great rainfall shower head that actually has some pressure to it. The rooms have microwaves, fridges, and coffee makers. The bed was really comfortable, and the moveable work station and adjustable TV made for a productive evening. Would stay here again and again.

I hate that it's been 10 days and they stiil have NOT released my deposit. It's bad enough they took 3 additional days on the deposit, but to continue to hold it 10 days later is insane.
