Extremely unacceptable stay I booked through Expedia after relying on the positive reviews. Based on my experience, I seriously question the accuracy of those reviews. I traveled six hours, trusting your brand. Upon arrival, I noticed the continental breakfast area had dusty, dirty tables. When I entered my room, I was hit with a strong cigarette smoke odor despite signing a no-smoking agreement. I returned to the front desk, and the manager acknowledged the issue but stated the hotel and surrounding area were fully booked. He moved me to another room, which still smelled strongly of smoke, just slightly less. D/t time constraints and no availability elsewhere, I had no choice but to stay. Once inside, I found serious cleanliness and safety concerns, including: Heavy dust and dirt throughout Burn holes in sheets and comforters Smoke detector ripped from the wall and left in the safe Broken light bulbs with exposed stubs (electrical hazard) Dirty, stained lampshades, walls Cracked and deteriorating bathroom ceiling Unsanitary conditions, including human waste on the walls Damaged toilet seat with burn marks Loose, unstable faucet These pose clear health and safety risks. I felt unsafe and left early after minimal sleep. When I contacted the manager, he denied knowledge of these issues an

There was no breakfast. The room was filthy and smelled of smoke, I requested a smoke free room. There was no staff in the office when we checked out in the morning. There was vulgar writing on the wall , dirty floors, a hole in the bed sheet, no light bulb in one of the lights by the bed, the faucet in the bathroom tub dripped continuously, weeds around the facility and visibly not well maintained. This room was probably the worst and dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. It was room 110. I would have probably left the premises but we came to Columbus for a concert and it was almost midnight when we arrived and we were to tired.

This was one of the worst places we have booked. The room smelled so bad of stale smoke. Homeless people milling about. Toilet didn’t flush. We walked in. Walked back out. Got a change of room- walked to the room- left the car near lobby. Walked in 2nd room -past a pile of human feces next in the stones right next to the walkway- Walked in the room and back out. . Nope. Back to office to cancel. It was nasty. And we are not picky people at all- we are campers. So we are okay with roughing it. Nope not here. Didn’t feel safe at all and was not clean.

The first room i got checked into was a king and it was ok until i pulled back the sheet and it was multiple blood stains on the sheets so i went to the front desk and he informed me that he had no more kings for rent all he had was doubles so i had to take that so we went to the second room it was ok until i found a Crack pipe on the ptac smh.

Horrible stay. We arrived to a two twin bed room when my husband booked a king size bed. We got there and entered a freezing room and after an hr with the crappy heater going we realized it was blowing cold air so we had to move to another freezing room and get ready for our event. We left the heater going all night still freezing by morning. Tv didn’t work and most of the light bulbs in the room didn’t work. Cigarette ash all over. We come to the area multiple times each month for events and always stay at the Wyndham’s but this was the first time at this exact location and we will NEVER stay there again. It was dirty and un welcoming. Do not stay here!!

We went for a family emergency, the room was non refundable. I have photos of the room and how disgusting it is. It had holes in the walls separating the floors and the walls. There were cob webs all over the ceiling and corners. The refrigerator had food and crumbs from the previous guests. There was black mold on the ceiling by the front door the heat didn’t work the thermostat was set on 86 and it was so cold in our room the drinks froze & we had to go to our car to heat up. When we got to the hospital we were told to never stay in any of the local Days Inn due to unsanitary conditions. I am shocked that this hotel was even supported by Hotels.com. This was not a cheap cost for us. It should be refundable without question. Like I said I have photos.

As soon as i walked into my room bathroom it had feces on the toilet seat that i had to clean off. I tried to take a shower but there were clumps of hair all in the tub so i didnt use it. Overall horrible stay and i will not stay again
