All I Needed

I needed an inexpensive clean comfortable room and this fit the bill. Was disappointed in TV channel choices and viewing but not a big deal on this trip. Excellent location for my purposes. Didnt use motel amenities other than in my room so can't comment on those.

This is the smartest economy motel we have ever stayed. Everything works quietly thanks to the sharp owner who bought them without wasting any money. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and free flowing. Perfect place for an overnight stay!! Thanks to the owner.

Surprisingly Great Stay; QUITE Affordable!

First Room, though a NON-smoking, smelled awfully of smoke and/orSOMEthing which needed throughly washed from nostrils not to puke. 2Nd room was just great; they’re quickly responding to my absolute concern! Very much liked (2Nd) Room and Stay. Super Price.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Lots of dining options in area. Good wifi. Large size refrigerator and microwave, but no in-room coffee maker or hair dryer. Only downside was there wasn't much of anything for breakfast; one or two dry muffins, dry cereal and a few slices of white bread - that's it. Fortunately there are breakfast options available close by.

Convenient access to preferred services/stores!!!

First room terrible (at least part SMOKE though non-smoking room) smell. Quickly remedied by Receptionist reassigning rooms!!! MUCH then enjoyed STAY. Few probs with wifi, though by 2Nd morn out of 5( I added 2 to 3 for total 5 nights) they seemed have good service again!

The price was reasonable that was the only good thing about this place! Asked for extra pillows ( did not receive them), the air conditioner worked poorly, there was a sour smell thru out the building!

VERY OUTDATED and only had one cup, one shampoo, one conditioner, one towel. Stir conditioners are broken and bedding is stained. Mold in shower and toilet broken. Decent place for a quick over night and that's it.

You get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for. Front desk staff was fine, but room was rough. Towels were stained, blankets had burn holes, etc. We toughed it out, but pretty bad experience.

Went to take a shower and the shower knob fell off. Sheets were clearly stained. Two different towels were stained as well. The room had a smell that was rather unpleasant. A friend stayed in another room and saw a cockroach. I will not be staying in this place again.

Fire alarm hanging out of ceiling. Heating coils were moldy. Cockroaches on walls at night. Curtains wired onto brackets. Holes in linens and curtains. Huge iles of trash out the back door.

The back door area was scattered with garbage, there was a BBQ and a picnic table with food still on it, covered in insects. The "breakfast" was Orange Juice. There was no coffee, the machine only put out hot water. There was nothing else and this was at 7 am, so not too early, not too late. There was clearly something in the bathroom that had been taped to the wall, the tape was still there, item ripped off. There was no soap in the sink or shower.

Overall it sucked. Tv remote didn't work unless it was held just right. Bed was not comfy heater didn't work well and the blankets left you chilly. There was a giant piece of plaster in the bathtub ceiling that fell. Housekeeping did not throw away the last guys used soap lights kept flickering like a horror movie

The were some real disappointments with this reservation/property. I called later after booking to confirm accessible room and add a room and was told it was handled. We got neither. Was even told they don't have accessible rooms, which is hard to understand because it is required by statute as far as I know. AC didn't work in one room. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling by the wires in another. General disrepair. Staff was nor responsive to our issues.

The Good. The Bad. The Ugly.

The Good: Bed Super Comfortable. Everything Clean. Hot Water. The Mini Fridge was quiet and worked wonderfully for cold drinks at the end of the day. Ice machine on first floor was new and worked great. The Bad: The Free Breakfast was cereal, questionable milk, plain white bread, packaged roll. Coffee machine not working. The orange juice was good. Not what the picture showed. Recommend going to to the Starbucks across the street for a overpriced breakfast sandwich. Lots of Late Night Voices in the Hall and Parking Lot on Friday Night. Construction Workers seemed to have moved in and had no sense of other folks trying to get a good night sleep. The Ugly: All 3 of the rooms we had reserved all had dangling smoke detectors or just missing completely. My brother mentioned this to them and they said they were aware but didn't seem to take the code violation very seriously. The room I was in (218) paint on the north wall looked like something from a 3rd world country. It could have easily been painted fresh in about an hour. The back parking lot was horribly junked up with broken furniture and trash. Hotel has lots of potential. The folks running it were super kind and courteous. I would stay there again but would ask to look at the room first and stay on the east side of building where there was a quiet park.
