The rooms and common areas were always very clean and quiet. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Columbus, MS and would absolutely recommend it to family and friends. We have stayed at 5 different hotels in the Columbus area with our daughter being in college nearby, and this property was by far the best for cleanliness, staff, and price.

Family stay!

Everyone was so friendly. I left something in the room and they actually called me and asked me if I wanted it sent. My mom lives around there so she was able to go pick it up. I’ve left things at hotels before, but never got it back. They went above and beyond!

Staff was excellent, accommodating, always smiling and standing ready to assist with anything you might need. The elevator was not working; we are elderly so the front desk attendant changed our room to the first floor to accommodate our needs. The breakfast staff were so nice and kept the area clean and made sure food was always available.
