Additional:
✓Basement laundry (unfinished basement). Please note that the laundry machines are smaller in size (20" wide instead of a standard 28") - the basement stairs are a bit narrow. If you are expecting to do a lot of laundry, we can recommend a service that will pick up and drop off laundry.
✓Parking is on the street in front of the home and requires a permit. We will set this up for you, for no additional cost, but we only have a permit for one vehicle. If you have more than one vehicle, there will be an additional cost of $3 per night for parking.

You'll have access to the entire home except for a small owner's storage area in the basement, which will be locked.

Most of your interaction will be with Kate & Nat, the property co-hosts. We live in the neighborhood and will respond quickly if you have questions or need anything, but it's unlikely that we'll meet in person.

The Short North Arts District is home to some of the best restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and night life in the city. Park your car and walk everywhere!

Victorian Village (our local historic district within the Short North) features incredible turn-of-the-century architecture and is known for its annual Tour of Homes. Take a Sunday stroll around Goodale Park or along Neil Avenue to enjoy the sights.

Highland House Columbus is located near the intersection of 1st Ave. and Neil Ave.

Bus routes along Neil Ave. make it very easy to get downtown or to The Ohio State University without a car. The area is very walkable to shopping and dining along High St. in the Short North Arts District.

Please be advised that the property does have an exterior security camera system.

The TV does not have cable or access to any free live channels. It is a “smart” TV only. You will need to log into your own streaming accounts to play content on the TV.
