Jason made us feel at home.

Jason is the manager, (at least I think that's his title)and he's wonderful. He was so professional, helpful, patient and kind. He definitely deserves a promotion. The rest of the staff is good also. The location is lovely and close to Krogers, (strip mall), restaurants etc. The only downside was the breakfast.

It was beautiful and clean. Everything was in walking distance and i felt safe doing so. There was a bar area and a beautiful area outside to sit and enjoy. The shower pressure was also amazing.

Exceptional hotel

We stayed in one of the wheelchair accessible rooms, bed comfortable and not too high, staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lift for the pool wasn't working but the effort made to try and fix it was greatly appreciated.

Ok, but not worth the price

The room was clean. The bed was ok, not the most comfortable. The shower head was not spraying correctly. I was not aware that it was pay for parking. Continental breakfast was 12.95/person which was crazy- we choose to eat elsewhere. Staff was friendly.

Good hotel stay but the breakfast wasn’t a hit

Our room was really clean, bed was alright, not the most comfortable but that’s okay! Breakfast was expensive for the lack of food offered. It was normal continental breakfast (minus pancakes) and it cost something like $12 a person. It was fine but still threw me off since the food wasn’t worth spending the money on. The employees were really kind!

the man behind the service desk was very nice and helpful. I did not know rooms were not guaranteed through hotels.com. As far as the room goes it was nice my only comment on the room is the bed is extremely hard not very comfortable. Overall it was an ok stay. I was very disappointed in the pool area. The pool itself was freezing not enjoyable at all and no restroom in the area without having to go back to your room or out to the lobby which is not very convenient if in the pool.
