Arrived early to a warm welcome. Give ideas if where to go for dinner in town, only 5-10 mins away. Lovely room with a lovely side view. Lovely shower and great breakfast in the morning. All we needed for our nights stay. Thank you, it was perfect.

It was just an over night sleep having driven down from Aberdeen going on to Southampton the next morning it was all we wanted the room was ok our breakfast was good plenty of it.

Great stay overall would recommend

Stayed over the weekend with a few friends got two twin rooms they were both spacious with an en suite shower and toilet. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great very tasty and very quick.

Great place to stay when in Colwyn Bay, lovely big room with ensuite. Clean fresh bedding and towels. A good hearty breakfast , coffee could have been better though . Overall good value for money 👍

Lovey welcome by the gentleman at the reception

The gentleman that greeted us on arrival was lovely. Our twin room had everything that we needed. However the only downside was the lady that served breakfast, as she came across rude. I was asked to fill out a form for the hotel with dietary requirements, which I did and stated that I was vegan. When I asked the lady, about non-diary milk, she said that this should have been requested. I had informed my dietary requirements few days before arrival, so not sure why I needed to make a special request. My dietary is a request. She could have handle the situation better, especially where it was loud across the room.

Host Jan was brilliant. A very lovely woman who offered lots of advice from things to do in north wales and how to get about if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Room was a little dated but had everything you needed and it was very clean. Bathroom was on the smaller side. The location is also super close to the train station which makes it really accessible if you aren’t driving. Overall - I would definitely return if I came back to north wales.

Nice little B&B

This was a small room, but worked for our family. It had 2 twin beds and a double bed. The beds were quite hard and not comfortable, but that has been consistent in our UK trip. We were street side which was noisy. Had to keep the windows open to help with the heat in the room with 4 people, so the noise was impactful. Full english breakfast was good and served quickly. Great staff.

⭐ 1 Star Our stay at this BnB was a major disappointment. We were there for two nights on a work trip, and the lack of basic services was unbelievable. There was no room service at all—no cleaning, no fresh towels, and the bin was left overflowing. When we asked why the room hadn’t been cleaned, we were given the worst excuse: they claimed that since our belongings were in the room, they didn’t want to risk being accused of stealing! That’s simply unacceptable. Coming back after a long day of work to find no clean towels or a tidied-up room was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I noticed that whenever someone leaves a bad review on their Google page, the management responds in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy being treated poorly and paying for non-existent services. Breakfast service for good no complaint about that
