In the heart of the charming village of Coly-Saint-Amand, we have found for you this set composed of an old house and a renovated barn, fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 people. Each house has 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. A pleasant swimming pool secured with a roller shutter will enhance your stay.



Atypical, this set allows you to rent both houses. The oldest is entirely on one level. We discover a large living room with its equipped kitchen, including a fridge-freezer, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. This equipment will allow you to prepare good meals. For breakfast, a coffee maker, kettle and toaster are available for a good start to the day. You can enjoy your meals around a large convivial table, then relax on the sofa in the TV lounge, facing the fireplace. On the night side, you will find two bedrooms, each with its private bathroom including a bath and a queen size bed (160 x 200). An independent WC completes this property.



In the other house, the renovated barn, the ground floor includes the living room with a new kitchen equipped with the same appliances (except cooking, electric stove), a dining area and a TV lounge. Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140 x 190), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. A laundry room with washing machine is also available.



Between the two houses, you will find a courtyard. On the other side of the old house, you access the garden with the pool and the terrace, without vis-à-vis. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture for outdoor dining. A griddle and a barbecue are available for your outdoor meals. You will also enjoy a nice view of the valley.



The swimming pool, 8 x 4 m and a depth of 1.6 m, is saltwater and secured by a manual roller shutter. It is available from the end of June to mid-September. Around the pool, umbrellas, garden chairs and sun loungers are installed so that you can fully enjoy your vacation.



Reversible air conditioning is installed in the “old house”, and fans are available in the “barn”.
